It's the Most Wonderful Time of the Year!
6:22:00 AMHello everyone!
Even though it's only November, I have been in a Christmassy mood for quite a while now. I just love winter and the holiday season in general, and since I'm going back home in December this year I am more excited than ever for that grey bearded man to finally come round.
A few weeks ago I was doing my groceries at Walmart -since I'm a big girl now- when I just happened to stumble upon their Christmas section. I used to think that starting to celebrate the holidays in early November was plain ridiculous, but this year I just got so excited to see all the decorations and Christmas themed ornaments. The fact that Christmas is coming closer means that it's almost time for me to go home, and I really can't wait to see all my friends and family again. So, to help myself through the final month, I have gone slightly overboard with Christmas decorations.
I live in a dorm so I was a little restricted in space, but I think it turned out great nonetheless. My room now feels super cozy and comfy and I even bought a pine-scented candle and heated mattress pad to add to the ambiance. I honestly think that the second I hear any kind of Christmas music I'll turn into Buddy the Elf- yep, I'm that excited.
Lights, a scented candle, red bows and candy canes- what could be more Christmas-like? |
Cozy Christmas lights are so much better than the awful dorm LED lighting |
Honestly, who doesn't love warm fuzzy socks?! |
Warm chocolate and big sweaters make the perfect combo |
Let it snow, let it snow, let it snow! |
This just looks perfect to me |

So, what do you think? Do you love the cozy sweater season or would you rather lay out in your lawn getting a tan? Let me know!
Hugs and Kisses!
